Mo' Bettahs Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your purchase date.  

What Items Are Eligible for Returns?

At Mo' Bettahs, we want you to love your purchases. If you're not satisfied with your merchandise (apparel and gifts), you can return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund.

All returned apparel must be in unworn and in their original, unused condition.

Please take note of the following exclusions for items not eligible for returns:

Returns Exclusions

Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final, and we are unable to accept any returns on gift cards.

Grocery Items: Due to health and safety reasons, returns on grocery items are not accepted.

Exclusions Policy: We reserve the right to exclude items from our return policy at any time.

How Long Do I Have to Return My Purchase?

To be eligible for return, all items must be shipped back and received by our fulfillment center within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note that Mo' Bettahs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by any shipping service used for returns.

How Do I Initiate a Return?

To start a return, login to your account online. And click on the order that you would like to return.  Click on the Return button and select the item(s) to return. Please give a reason for your return. You can purchase a Return Label from the store, or provide your own.

How Do I Ship My Purchase for Returns Processing?

When preparing your package for shipment, be sure to remove any old shipping labels or markings from the shipping boxes to prevent shipping delays or errors. 

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking/delivery confirmation and consistent shipping timeframes. For instance, USPS offers Priority Flat-Rate boxes with 1-3 business day delivery within the US (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands) HERE. Mo’ Bettahs is not responsible for the return shipping cost.

To protect against shipping errors or damage, consider purchasing shipping insurance. Note that shipping insurance typically needs to be bought before shipping any packages.

Mo' Bettahs is not responsible for shipping delays or shipping errors/damage resulting from the use of any shipping service for returns.

What Happens When I Ship My Purchase for Returns Processing?

Once we receive and verify your return, you will receive an email confirmation of your return and refund. Returns funds will be applied to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that it may take your credit card company 2-10 business days to process the refund.

Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside of the 30-day return period. In such cases, you can request to have the returned item(s) shipped back to your address at your own expense.
