First you should not offer a special for something no store has in stock. Employees were actually clueless at my store. Right in front of the register is an advertisement of the gift card special offer.. Whoops, "we do not have any gift cards, nor do we know when we will receive them". I am not ordering online and paying shipping and plus sale tax, defeats the discount completely
How do you run out of stock when they're gift cards? Reading the other reviews, it makes me think the company realized they'd screwed up and were charging shipping on physical giftcards. What a disappointment
Love my Mo'bettahs, but not near one now @ got a email about discount for cards but the shipping offsets the discount. Bummer
Zero savings whatsoever! First, you don’t charge taxes on gift cards. Taxes are taken when the merchandise is purchased. Second, with the taxes and the Shipping and Handling charges there are zero savings.
I'm disappointed that buying a gift card involves shipping and handling fees. Why can't Mo'Bettahs get with the times and send a gift card via email to the gift recipient? Seems a little backward to me where they have to send a physical card.
